All three principals of the firm Dr. Farhat H. Siddiqi, P.E., Dr. Richard Fragaszy, P.E. and Principal Consulting Geologist, Mr. Frank Kresse, C.E.G. have a combined total of over 90 years of experience, have forensic engineering experience and have provided expert witness testimony in the state of California.

Our staff include geotechnical, structural and environmental engineers and scientists capable of carrying out the laboratory and field investigations necessary for successful forensic investigations. We can provide subsurface explorations and sampling, well monitoring, computer analyses, laboratory and field soil testing.
